Also note, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred, unless the item is damaged.  

 

 

Warranties and Returns

FirstPitch stands behind all of the great items we manufacture. We are 100% committed to making you the customer satisfied. As soon as you receive your order, please make sure to inspect the product immediately to make sure that your order is exactly what you ordered. If the product arrives to you in a significantly damaged box, then make sure to contact us (mailto:sales@pitchingmachinefirstpitch.com) before opening. You MUST report any defects or damages within 3 business days of the delivery date. Do not ship back merchandise without following our guidelines below. No credit will be given back for miscellaneous shipments sent back without an attached R M A # as we cannot trace these with any accuracy.

Once we are notified of a damaged claim via an e-mail to the address above, you will receive a call or e-mail from us acknowledging that you have an issue with the merchandise. We will ask for a description of the damage and then immediately ship a replacement if in stock at an expedited shipping method of Ups 3rd Day Select to you free of charge.

 

On non-warranty returns (returned for any other reason, i.e. ordered by mistake, changed your mind etc...), the product must be returned new - no usage - complete and in original packaging. In this case, a refund will only be issued after inspection on receipt of item. The maximum refund amount will cover the item only, less 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Make sure you mention this in your email and special pricing can be given in most circumstances. We will also take School purchase orders and Valid Credit Cards.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it is automatically moved into our order fulfillment queue. If you happen to make a mistake, you may contact us and request a change within 24hrs but if the order has already shipped you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. . When the item arrives email us and we will issue an RMA and a Fed-X or UPS Call Tag. Once Ups or Fed-X picks up the package we can then ship the correct item.

Shipping

We cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.
Orders on in stock merchandise placed by 12:00pm Central Time will be fulfilled within the same day except on weekends and holidays. Out of stock or special orders, time will vary depending on what it is. It is not exact though but the staff at FirstPitch will keep you informed if there are any delays in your order. Most orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the day of shipping. We do not ship on weekends and Holidays are also excluded. We offer a variety of shipping methods which you can choose from meaning if you want it shipped over night you must pay for the additional cost as shipping something on this size and weight can be expensive to overnight. Pitching Machines are shipped Fed-X Ground, All others are sent Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days.

 

 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

 

Expect shipping charges to Canada, Mexico and US locations outside the 48 states to be at least double the posted amount. You can expect shipping charges to other international destinations to be 3-4 times the standard amount. We encourage you to call or email with any further questions on international orders and pricing we will be happy to email you a quote for shipping.

Money order and cashier's checks are treated like cash. Checks Must clear before shipment. Checks, Money orders must be made out to 22nd Century Inc.
